To My Senior Girls,
This year I was truly blessed with a group of the sweetest, smartest, sassiest, and most beautiful seniors I have ever had the joy of photographing! Whether I’ve known you for a few weeks or many years, I am now invested in each of your lives and futures.
We shot in many different locations, from Charleston to downtown Columbia, from the Riverfront to quaint little places in Lexington. We shot in lots of different weather conditions, chilly and breezy, hot and humid, even in the rain (I see you Reagan)! Despite these different experiences with each of you, one thing remains the same: each of you has become a special little part of my story. As a teacher, it makes me so proud and excited to see all that you have accomplished to arrive at this place in your life. For a few precious friends, I had the honor of teaching you along the way (I see you Lauren, Taylor M, Carson, Mackenzie).
I know that each of you will go on to accomplish great things in life, and I wish you a lifetime of joy, success, and love. I offer you this one piece of advice, something I wish I had paid closer attention to at this stage of life…
ALWAYS seek God’s will in everything you do, every step you take forward, every decision you make. Pray that He guides your steps, shows you the path He created for you, and gives you the wisdom and strength to surrender it to Him. He will NEVER lead you in the wrong direction!
I see your strength, your courage, your intelligence, your goodness, your kindness, your grace, and your passions, and I know that our future is in great hands!
