Photography: How It All Started For Me

When I became a mommy, my heart wanted so much to be able to capture beautiful photographs of my sweet, angelic little babies. My photography skills, however, were not quite equal to the gorgeous images I had in my head. This gap in my desire and my ability began to draw me down a path toward this very day! Launching my new business!!!
I started my journey to conquer my lack of camera knowledge by reading books, studying blogs, and taking online classes. Years later, I am constantly still trying to improve my skills and learn new things about photography. As a teacher, I believe you should never stop learning in your lifetime, especially when it comes to things you are passionate about.
Look At Them Now
I could not be more excited and proud to think of how far I have come since those days of underexposed, blurry pictures of my little wiggly, chubby babies.

Precious daughters. Sweet sisters.
Now that they are growing up, I want them to see that they can achieve any goal they want. I want them to live a life of joy. I want them to learn that from me. I want them to see me reaching for my heart’s dream.

Jenna
Jenna Makenzie. She has a calm heart, a quiet spirit, a nurturing soul. She is musical, beautiful, kind, and giving.
Grace
Haylie Grace. She has a sparkly personality, an adventurous spirit, and a loving soul. She is hilarious, beautiful, precious, and precocious.
Sisters
The bond they have as sisters is one that I have prayed for since they were born. I cannot imagine what I would do without my sister, so I have prayed over their relationship since they were tiny. That they would be best friends, take care of one another, and love each other fiercely. I know that my prayers were heard.
