A Celebration of Love and Family

Last November, I had the joy and honor of photographing Carly and Jacob’s wedding. When I think back to this day, the first word that comes to mind is CELEBRATION. When you get to marry your best friend, when happiness and joy are the emotion of the day, when everyone can feel the warmth and love of a couple for one another, there is no other way to describe it. This day was most certainly all of those things. Carly and Jacob are perfect for each other.

A Little Cocky Plot Twist

I love the garnet and black theme that Carly decided on for her wedding held at the beautiful Bleckley Station. I’m pretty sure they love the Gamecocks as much as I do!

Carly even invited Cocky to come join in the fun at the reception as a special surprise for Jacob!
My favorite shot of the day was Cocky adding a little PLOT TWIST to the wedding day! Poor Jacob!!!

Happy Tears

Before the wedding, there were so many sweet moments. The couple exchanged heartfelt letters and gifts with one another and with each of their parents. So many happy tears {including mine} were flowing during this part of the day, but it made the entire day feel like a celebration of family and love.

Carly was such a beautiful bride. She looked stunning in her gorgeous dress and knocked Jacob off his feet on their wedding day! You could see the pride and joy he felt in making her his wife. It was just precious.

The Details

The details the couple chose were so meaningful and sweet. From their beautiful rings to the florals and the cake, everything matched the fun and celebration of the day.

But this week, I got some super exciting news!!!

I know that you guys will make amazing parents and will turn every day into a CELEBRATION with your new little love!  Enjoy every minute you have with this precious angel.  It goes by so fast.  It seems like just yesterday mine were tiny little babies, but they have grown up in the blink of an eye!
